#1. Endodontist:
Within 5 days of starting work, we got this endodontist within the map pack for majority of his practice area:

In less than 4 weeks, we got this chiropractor in positions 2 and 3 in the Google map pack:

This roofer had been stuck in the top 10 “for ages”. We got him a nice jump into the top 3 of the map pack within 10 days!

Look at 1/2 this GBP flip to the Map Pack in 8 days (yes, that’s a little over a week!)

From not in the top 100 to #1 in ~3 months
When we onboarded this client, they seemed so upset with their last SEO agency who couldn’t get them decent results. Some of their keywords, like these ones, weren’t even in the top 100 when we started!
He was reluctant to hire another SEO but knew he needed to. Here’s the issues we found on his site:
- Duplicate content
- Pure AI content (repetitive, fluffy)
- Underoptimized content
- Messy URLs (non-optimized, cannibalization-causing)
- Messy internal linking
- Pages targeting main terms had over 30 internal links
It took a couple of months to clean that up, optimize it, fix that internal linking to get these amazing results.

From position #200+ -> #1!
All I can say is: FINALLY! This HVAC business is in a competitive niche (HVAC!) and in LA (which is competitive as heck!)
#7. Plumber:
Months ago, an SEO reached out to me because they didn’t have the time to onboard AND work on the client, deciding to let me work on it (white label!)
6/8 keywords weren’t even in the top 100!
This is definitely a work in progress. Here’s where the website’s pipes were completely clogged:
- Not enough location pages
- Duplicate content for existing location pages
- Keyword stuffing/over-optimized service pages
- Tons of orphaned pages
- Lackluster internal linking
Here’s what we did:
- Created 6 new location pages that were central to the areas that this plumber would want plumbing jobs in and made them unique (added local entities).
- Made existing location pages more unique (unique copy).
- Fixed over-optimized pages.
- Made sure each service page had good content (lazy AI content).
- Made sure no pages or posts were left behind orphaned and created internal links.
- Renamed/optimized most of the images being used properly (named them variations of main keyword and entities).
The secret to getting a client project to take off is to recognize what needs fixing!
